As a Manager, Restructuring, your duties and responsibilities will include: Service Delivery: Managing a complex corporate restructuring portfolio, and in so doing,



effectively manage engagement files, including overseeing a professional, technical, and administrative team Evaluating complex business issues and formulate recommendations for the Court and various stakeholders to maximize creditor recoveries, while maintaining the business viability where possible. Stakeholder communication and negotiation – effectively interact with stakeholders with diverse interests on file engagements (creditors, debtors, lawyers, lenders, etc.) for creditors and legal inquiries Financial Oversight - Tracking project progress, milestones, and deadlines, reviewing invoices, preparing payments and handling trust
