The Shift Pattern

Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with our rolling schedule:

- Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
- Hours: 12-Hour Shifts
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Your Responsibilities

- You will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across the facility. Full training on equipment and safe chemical handling will be provided.
- General Cleaning: Sweeping, vacuuming, and sanitizing warehouse floors, office areas, canteens, and washrooms.
- Waste Management: Breaking down cardboard, changing bins, and safely removing facility waste.
- Rapid Response: Reacting promptly to ad-hoc cleaning requests and call-outs from the client.




- Equipment Care: Ensuring all provided cleaning equipment and machinery are kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order.
- Health & Safety: Strictly complying with all site health, safety, and hygiene policies.

To be considered for this role

- Start Date: You must be ready and willing to start work on September 21st
- Identification: A valid Passport is strictly required for right-to-work and photo ID verification.
- Footwear: You must provide your own composite safety boots
- Background Check: You must be willing to consent to a Basic DBS (criminal record) check, which we will facilitate.
- Communication: A strong understanding of the English Language is essential for health and safety purposes.
- Physical Fitness: Comfortable walking around a large warehouse setting for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
- Warehouse or commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred, but not essential as full training is provided for the right candidates.
