หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

- Manage and maintain relationships with Talent and coordinate with internal teams
- Coordinate and manage Talent schedules, including work, classes, rehearsals, and activities
- Support Talent during work and activities, including handling and resolving issues
- Monitor Talent’s discipline, working standards, and professional development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Talent profiles, records, and performance information
- Support Talent management operations and other tasks as assigned





คุณสมบัติ

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent/Artist Management, Entertainment, Event Management, or related fields
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Positive organizational and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Strong interest in the entertainment, music, and artist industry
- Flexible to work outside regular hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Willing to work on a non-standard work schedule, with days off that may not fall on weekends
- Good command of Thai and English is a plus
