The role includes operating a 200hp steam boiler and owning extrusion production lines to meet customer specifications. Strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and teamwork across QA and Maintenance is required. The candidate should have a college degree or equivalent experience, with solid time management, initiative, and communication skills to thrive in a rapid-paced production
