This full‑time, temporary role is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing crews, and ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project and client expectations. This is a key leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced field environment and has a strong background in renewable energy operations.Position DetailsRotation/Shift: 6 weeks on and 1 week off, with the week off being optional. During the 6‑week period, the standard schedule will typically be 5 days on, 2 days off, at 12 hours per day. This would vary depending on project and client requirementsStart Date: Approximately May 25, 2026.Duration: 3 months; duration may varydepending on project and client requirementsRate: $50.00 - $60.00 (pay rates are based upon level of experience and tech level/certifications)Location & Travel: Quebec, flights and accommodations providedPlease note a pre‑employment D&A; will be required for this positionResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all onsite wind turbine maintenance activitiesSupervise and support technicians, ensuring work is completed safely and to high‑quality standardsAct as the primary point of contact between site personnel, clients, and internal stakeholdersPlan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities, outages, and project timelinesEnsure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsConduct site inspections, safety meetings,



and incident investigations as requiredMonitor productivity, performance, and project progress, implementing improvements where neededCoordinate logistics including tooling and material requirements in collaboration with the inventory coordinatorMaintain accurate documentation, reports, and site recordsRequirementsProven experience in a Site Manager, Supervisor, or leadership role within wind energy, construction, or a related industrial fieldStrong understanding of wind turbine maintenance operations and safety standardsExperience managing crews in a field‑based or remote environmentExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic work environmentGWO certifications BST, BTT and ARTBilingual in English and French (strongly preferred)Technical background as a wind technician or related tradeProficient with reporting tools, Microsoft Office, and operational systemsValid driver’s license and ability to travel or work on rotation as requiredBenefitsThe strength of Acuren lies in its outstanding people.
