The ideal candidate combines robust corporate/commercial law experience with deep knowledge of automotive manufacturing environments, supplier ecosystems, and industrial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements including:supplier agreementsprocurement contractsmanufacturing agreementslogistics and distribution contractslicensing and technology agreementsNDAs and service agreementsAdvise internal stakeholders on legal risks associated with manufacturing operations, production, sourcing, and supply chain activities.Support automotive compliance matters including:safety regulationsenvironmental standardsimport/export requirementslabor and employment complianceESG and sustainability initiativesProvide legal guidance on disputes, warranty claims, recalls, and product liability matters.Partner with procurement, operations, engineering, HR,
