Alberta Health Services in Rocky Mountain House is seeking a Registered Nurse – Case Manager for Home Care. You will direct patient care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and manage care planning for community clients. On-call rotations and wide-ranging shifts are part of the schedule, with a focus on wound care, palliative support and community teaching. Provisional Permit holders earn $40.76–$55.79 per hour; upon full registration, rates align with UNA agreements.
