In this permanent full-time role, you will apply your extensive ServiceNow expertise to implement CSDM practices across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders, ensuring that asset management processes are optimized to enhance overall service delivery. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead CSDM adoption and implementation across ServiceNow • Oversee design and sustainment of Service Mapping processes • Define and maintain data flow architectures within ServiceNow • Collaborate on the enhancement of CMDB and ITAM practices • Provide architecture and technical guidance to teams

Requirements: • Minimum 7 years of expertise in ServiceNow • Robust knowledge in ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping • Excellent analytical and communication capabilities • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field • Preferred ServiceNow certifications in ITOM and CSDM
