Description Gateway to India Restaurant located in heart of Downtown Nanaimo BC, is looking for a food and beverage processing supervisor, with a experience of 1 year to less than 2 years. Education requirement is Grade 12 and language requirement is English.Other job requirements are as below:

Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.

Prepare production and other reports.

Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Supervise,



co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.

Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.

Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.

Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
