Support the Shop Manager in the day-to-day operation of the shop Deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster customer loyalty Lead, motivate, and coach team members to achieve sales and service goals Help drive profitability through strong merchandising, sales leadership, and operational excellence Ensure the shop maintains Purdys' high standards for presentation, cleanliness,
