About the Role

You will support senior legal staff in providing comprehensive legal services to the company and its clients. Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior legal advisors in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research on various matters and prepare research memos.
- Support the management of ongoing litigation files and pre-litigation matters.
- Help prepare for and manage corporate secretarial duties, such as board meeting minutes.
- Engage with clients and external parties under supervision to gather information and provide updates.
