Accounts Analyst

to join our client's finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and supporting month-end processes. The role involves frequent use of this ERP system for day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decision-making. Perform reconciliations of accounts including bank, AP, AR, and intercompany transactions. Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Generate and analyze financial reports using Sage 300. Monitor budget vs. actual spending and identify variances. Assist with audits by providing required documentation and explanations. Support accounts payable/receivable processing and ensure accurate entries.



Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or financial analysis role. Hands-on experience with Sage 300 ERP Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
