We are seeking a highly strategic Executive Recruiter to identify, attract, and secure top executive and senior leadership talent across the organization.In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and HR partners, leveraging deep market intelligence, executive search expertise, and extensive talent networks to build leadership pipelines that support TD's long-term business strategy.What You'll DoLead end-to-end executive search and recruitment mandates for Assistant Vice Presidents, and other critical leadership roles.Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, competitive intelligence, and succession considerations.Develop and execute proactive search strategies to identify, assess, and engage diverse executive talent.Build and maintain robust leadership talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs.Conduct comprehensive market mapping and talent research to identify top industry talent.Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Management,
