This role provides administrative and technical support to Project Engineers, entering data in the Contract Payment System and SAP, and generating reports for payments to contractors. You will handle invoicing, accounts receivable, procurement routines, payroll, and meeting minutes, ensuring policy compliance and cost control across highway and bridge projects.
