Job Details Location: 2874 Calgary Trail NW, Edmonton, AB T6J 6V7 Wage: $20.84 – 22.00 / hour (To be negotiated) Vacancies: 1 vacancy Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 44 hours / week Start date: As soon as possible Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job Requirements Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties

Cut carcasses, sides and quarters

Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat

Remove bones from meat

Cut poultry into parts

Clean and prepare fish and shellfish

Grind meats

Slice cooked meats

Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
