Location: Surrey until January 4th, then moves to Richmond

Insight Global is looking for a candidate to support our client with preparing, organizing, assembling, packaging, and labeling products for shipment while ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of working in a fast-paced production environment, and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career within manufacturing and warehouse operations while gaining exposure to inventory control, quality assurance, and production processes

Required Skills & Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to approximately 49 lbs and stand for extended periods of time




- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math and computer skills ( word, excel, etc)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools safely (carts, dollies, and material handling equipment)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Previous warehouse experience
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Experience operating packaging machinery and equipment
- Inventory management or inventory control experience
- Quality control experience
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes
- Experience packaging small products
