Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Business Analyst – Banking, AML & Customer Journey Projects. This position involves supporting AML and estate/deceased customer portfolio projects, including process enhancements, customer journey improvements, and application-related initiatives. Pay rate range (CAD): $65.00/hr – $70.00/hr Responsibilities Capture and document detailed system and business requirements Develop comprehensive use cases and user stories Understand and map customer journeys, processes, and system workflows Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements Assist other Business Analysts with detailed requirements documentation Support waterfall and Agile projects using appropriate requirement formats Prioritize and identify urgency independently Provide support outside standard BA duties when necessary,
