About the Role: Stockperson/Cartpusher

At the core of this position is cart management — collecting carts from the parking lot, cart corrals, and store perimeter, then returning them to designated storage areas using Walmart-approved procedures . But the role goes beyond that. You'll respond to requests from registers and customer service, assist customers with carry-outs and carry-ins, and verify receipts when needed. Occasional cleaning and maintenance duties , including restrooms, are also part of the job.

Safety is central to everything in this role. You'll follow hazardous communication, lockout/tagout, and bloodborne pathogen guidelines , complete equipment inspections before use, wear required personal protective equipment (including steel-toe footwear and a reflective vest), and conduct regular safety sweeps. This is a physically demanding position that involves standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
