ALDO Group in Brampton is seeking a Part time Sales Lead to drive sales, mentor associates, and ensure outstanding customer experiences on the floor. You will lead by example when management isn’t present, helping hit targets and maintaining store standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months of retail or service management experience, and a passion for fashion. Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is a must, with the physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
