Stantec is seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst to evolve our Oracle HCM Cloud, including Oracle Financials, Projects, Payroll and HRMS, to meet business needs. You will monitor incidents, provide functional expertise for HR implementations, and contribute to design, configuration, testing, and training.

You will guide the team on best practices, support year-end processing, and collaborate across IT and business functions.
