You will be responsible for monitoring plant health, assisting with the harvesting process, and packaging products according to company standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and care for cannabis plants throughout their growth
• Monitor for pests, diseases, and nutrient issues
• Support harvesting, trimming, and preparing cannabis
• Keep cultivation areas clean and equipment operational
• Record data to maintain accurate logs
Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
