Swiss Chalet in Wasaga Beach is looking to hire a Dishwasher to join their kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and other areas as required
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and food preparation tasks as needed
- Properly handle and dispose of garbage and recycling
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
- Work cooperatively with kitchen and restaurant staff
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the shift

Qualifications





- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset, but not required
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Able to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
