Here are the main responsibilities:* Assume end-to-end accountability for advanced market cases and national accounts, from pre-underwriting through to in-force servicing.* Develop and position iA’s field underwriting expertise with specialized advisors and distribution partners.* Provide strong technical leadership in both medical and financial risk assessment.* Analyze and assess complex sales concepts to ensure alignment with risk appetite, profitability objectives, and client experience.* Lead and mobilize a multidisciplinary team, including underwriters, case coordinators, and specialized experts (e.G., tax, actuarial), while acting as a credible leader with internal teams, distribution partners, and reinsurers.* Prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions, and actively support talent development and knowledge
