As part of our Front Office Team, the Guest Service Representative/Reservations Agent position involves manifold responsibilities, including greeting guests and managing reservations. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure personalized guest service aligns with our luxury standards
• Process reservation calls and monitor bookings daily
• Welcome and orient guests effectively upon arrival




• Provide amenities and information about the Inn's services
• Assist in administrative duties to streamline operations
Requirements:
• 2 years minimum in the Service Industry preferred
• Proven track record in guest services and communication
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems creatively
• Familiar with front desk operations or equivalent experience
• A valid BC Class 5 Driver's License is necessary
