Position: Home Child Care Provider

Working address: Inlet St. Coquitlam, British Columbia V3B 6E8

Employment term: Full time, Permanent

Hours of work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary

Job Duties:

- Take full responsibility for the household when the mom is absent
- Handle light cleaning and housekeeping tasks
- Purchase groceries and household items as needed
- Bathe, dress, and feed the child
- Follow parent’s guidelines for disciplining the child
- Teach the child personal hygiene and encourage social skills
- Ensure a safe and healthy home environment
- Plan and serve nutritious meals for the child
- Supervise and provide care for the child

Job Requirements:

- Education: Completion of high school is required.
- Experience: Related experience and first aid certification could be an asset, but not mandatory.
