You will work on project management for L&D; training initiatives, ranging from mid to high complexity projects. The role involves collaborating with a 20-person team in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace focused on delivering comprehensive financial solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop an understanding of overall portfolio/program movement with individual lines of business and rationalize how the assigned projects fit with business priorities in the long termDrive L&D; processes to implement learning solutions in various formats including but not limited to in-person or virtual Instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, webinars, self-directed learner pathways, and workshopsLead the end-to-end planning and execution of medium-to-high complexity L&D; projects, leveraging key project management tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budgetSupport the vendor selection,
