Leads development and execution of oncology initiatives to drive program innovation and support company growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and enhance SHN’s capabilities in delivering high-quality, patient-centered oncology programs.Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for oncology, sharing therapeutic knowledge and expertise through training.Support the business development process for oncology programs, including proposal development, client presentations, and the launch of new programs.Develop a strategic plan for identifying, mapping, and gaining insights from stakeholders across the oncology ecosystem.Stay abreast of national oncology healthcare landscape, including treatment access, affordability, legislative changes, and research advancements.Participate in external conferences and forums to gather insights on trends and developments.Required Qualifications & Skills7+ years progressive experience in oncology pharmaceutical industry, patient support programs,
