Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and assess individualized care plans alongside healthcare providers
• Facilitate education sessions for diabetes self-management
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and teaching evaluations




• Contribute to case reviews and educational resource development
• Support recent staff through orientation and mentoring
Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
• Two years’ relevant clinical experience in diabetes care
• Certification in CPR and as a Diabetes Educator preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
