Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model
• Share product insights about AE and Aerie items
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom
• Resolve issues effectively, adhering to company policies
Requirements:
• Love for engaging with people in a retail setting
• Availability during peak shopping hours
• Previous experience in retail preferred
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Energy and organizational skills are essential
