About TAC Aquatics

TAC Aquatics, a member of the TAC Sports Group, delivers high-quality swim instruction focused onskill development, confidence, and safetyfor children aged 3.5-16. Our programs follow nationally recognized standards and provide a supportive, fun, and growth-focused learning environment.

Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, engaging swim lessons using Lifesaving Society programs
- Teach and demonstrate swimming skills and techniques
- Provide clear feedback and corrections to support swimmer development
- Maintain a fun, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate professionally with swimmers, families, and staff

Qualifications

- Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification




- National Lifeguard Certification
- Knowledge of Swim for Life and Canadian Swim Patrol programs
- Lifesaving Instructor or Examiner
- Emergency or Standard First Aid Instructor
- Instructor Trainer

- In person group interview (Invite to main office)
- Afterschool March break, Winter break Camps and Summer Camps coaching certification

- Camps are full weeks - salaried
- Sessions are Monday - Sunday for 1 hour per session
