Manage program governance, including budget, scope, timelines, and executive reporting. Drive migration planning, execution, cutover, and hypercare activities to ensure seamless transitions. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Data Engineering, Business, QA, and Operations, to achieve program goals. Manage RAID logs, dependencies, and stakeholder communications effectively. Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of cloud solutions. Oversee offshore, and onsite delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Mandatory Skills: 15+ years of IT experience with at least 7 years in Program Management. Proven experience leading

enterprise-scale Cloud Migration or Data Modernization

programs. Strong experience in Agile delivery methodologies, stakeholder management,



and financial governance. In-depth knowledge of

Azure Databricks, Data Platforms, ETL/Data Migration, and Analytics environments . Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore teams. Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred. Preferred Skills: PMP

(Project Management Professional) certification. Databricks

Data Engineer Professional certification.
