We are looking for a MATERIAL HANDLER to join our team in Tillsonburg, ON!

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Material Handler completes general labour duties in a manufacturing environment, including handling raw materials and finished goods, production support, equipment operation, housekeeping and quality inspections.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES ROTATING SHIFTS: 2 weeks of day shift - 7am-3pm, 2 weeks of afternoon shifts - 3pm-11pm, 2 weeks of night shift - 11pm-7am

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate plastic drain pipe production lines;
- Remove, package and sort raw materials or finished products using manual or electrical equipment;
- Weigh all manufactured products on the winder
- Quickly identify quality problems during visual inspection of finished products;
- Read and interpret work orders;
- Complete production/quality reports
- Assist with equipment repairs and adjustments
- Maintain a clean, clear and safe work environment

Qualifications:

- Experience in manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent.
