We serve our clients with compassion and are passionate about continuous improvement, operating with high integrity and a desire to do the right thing.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Specialist, Corporate Claims Investigative Services will provide direction and support for technical claims management in their discipline. As a senior technical discipline leader, they contribute to the development of investigative and claims practices, procedures, technical training, resources, and communication. They monitor results, identify trends, and develop innovative solutions to address opportunities and challenges.Participate in the development of Investigative Services procedures, processes, actions, and plans to meet national discipline benchmarks and goals, including implementation of new technology.Work closely with fraud analytics and claims portfolio teams to proactively identify and monitor fraud trends, develop recommendations, and implement solutions.Participate in development of KPIs and performance objectives; use dashboards and analytics to optimise decision‑making and support training, resources, and communication.Maintain expert knowledge on company, legislative,



and industry trends affecting technical policy wording and claims handling.Participate in the development of national policies and procedures that align with claims, company goals, and legislative changes.Identify opportunities for continuous process innovations, loss‑cost controls, and systems improvements.Develop and update file‑handling practices and procedures to ensure quality investigations and loss‑cost controls.Work with the Quality Management team to monitor adherence to standards, identify gaps, and recommend remedies.Respond to technical discipline requests from actuarial, finance, underwriting, and product teams, collaborating with claims analytics and portfolio.Partner with claims analytics and portfolio to complement each other’s strengths and support goal attainment.Collaborate with internal business partners on technical wording and file handling, representing the discipline.Explain claims technical application, investigations, and strategies to all stakeholders.QualificationsMinimum 7 years of extensive and progressive experience in a claims environment, including 5 years of technical experience with P&C; fraud.University degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.FCIP or CIP certification, or other related courses or ongoing development preferred.Specialised knowledge and experience in a P&C; fraud department.Solid knowledge of national claims guidelines,
