You will perform a wide variety of tasks as assigned by the executive. The role is hybrid; however, candidates located in or near Vancouver, BC will be given priority consideration.This position presents a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for an intrinsically motivated individual who is driven to support the executive and consistently create value wherever possible.Your role will include:Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travelAct as a gatekeeper for emails, calls, and meeting requestsPrepare agendas, presentations, reports and briefing materialsTrack follow-ups, deadlines, and action itemsCoordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders,
