You will lead strategic contract packages through RFP, evaluation, negotiations, awards, and transition to post‑award administration, collaborating with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Indigenous Relations and Project teams. The role requires a post‑secondary degree in SCM/Business/Economics, 10 years of experience, and solid negotiation and governance skills.
