The role of a Maintenance Associate is to complete all scheduled maintenance and repair equipment as necessary throughout the Distribution Centre. Weekend Shift Friday- Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm We offer:$32.07 hourlyWeekend Shift Friday to Sunday 6am - 630pm $1.25 per hour weekend shift premium Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay36 Hour work weeks with possible overtimeGreat work environment Responsibilities:Ability to perform the Maintenance Helper function such as general facilities dutiesRender preventative maintenance on the conveyor systems equipmentComplete diagnosis and repairs on conveyor system equipmentComplete diagnosis and repairs on the lift equipment fleetComplete electrical diagnosis and repair (where applicable)Provide facility maintenance and repairPerform general construction as requiredDemonstrate positive communication practices, including verbal, written and computer skills Must have:High school education or equivalent2 years of previous maintenance experience Vocational technical school certificateMechanical trade experienceProgrammable Logic Controller experienceMP2 maintenance software experience Ability to work and frequently move throughout platform areas up to 45 feet above ground levelStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaboratively work in a group or independently This posting is for an active opening.
