Key Responsibilities:
• Cook food products as directed by management
• Prepare mise en place for efficient meal production
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment
• Properly label, date, and store food in designated areas
• Report faulty equipment or maintenance needs immediately
Requirements:
• Proven cooking experience in a restaurant environment
• Required: Food Safety Certification
• Essential: Culinary school certificate
• Knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques
• Strong verbal communication skills
