The Role

We are looking for a BDC/Junior ServiceAdvisor who creates a great first impression, enjoys helping people, and wantsto build a career in automotive service. This role combines customercommunication, appointment coordination, and hands-on exposure to the ServiceDepartment, with opportunities to grow into a Service Advisor role.

What You’ll Do:

- Answer incoming service calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule service appointments efficiently and avoid overbooking
- Make outbound reminder, confirmation, and follow-up calls
- Update customer records and vehicle history in our system
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment details
- Provide basic service information and communicate available maintenanceservices and promotions
- Support Service Advisors and Technicians with an organized appointmentflow
- Monitor appointments and online bookings
- Greet incoming customers promptly and professionally




- Prepare and update basic repair orders accurately
- Assist with Service Advisor coverage when required
- Learn Service Advisor processes with the goal of progressing into aService Advisor role

What We’re Looking for:

- Automotive service or BDC/appointment coordinator experience
- Interest in building a long-term career in the automotive industry
- Clear, professional telephone communication skills
- Solid computer skills: PBS or similar system experience an asset
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and problem-solve
- Team player with a positive, customer-focused mindset
- Available to work scheduled weekends
- Basic understanding of automotive service and maintenance is an asset
