Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage design and development projects for engine exhaust emission control products from initial concept to production phase
- Produce detailed design drawings and specifications for both manufactured and purchased components
- Establish quality benchmarks, investigate product failures, and analyze specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain and enhance the company’s design database (PDM)
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with production capabilities
- Utilize product specifications and performance requirements to innovate designs that align with existing manufacturing capabilities
- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, guiding them in their professional development

Qualifications and Experience:

- BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering required
- At least 5 years of experience in a design or manufacturing environment
- Proficient in sheet metal design and fabrication
- Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD software, with a preference for SolidWorks
- Strong grasp of modern engineering principles to enhance manufacturing process efficiency




- Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrable mechanical expertise with hands-on experience

Preferred Additional Competencies:

- Experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools like Converge
- Background in industries such as forklift, construction equipment, gen-set, mining, diesel/LPG engines, automotive, exhaust systems, or manufacturing
- Knowledge of internal combustion engine operation, exhaust emission control production, tool and die design, and manufacturing automation
