Be a vital part of community services as a Facility Attendant II for the City of Richmond Hill. This part-time, flexible role involves cleaning and setting up community centres with a focus on safety and customer service.
You will work a maximum of 24 hours weekly, reporting to the Supervisor of Facility Operations. Essential duties include ensuring safety, performing general cleaning, and setting up program materials. Your solid communication and interpersonal skills will enhance interactions with the public, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the community centre efficiently
• Set up tables, chairs, and required program equipment




• Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Complete required safety checklists daily
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and the public
Requirements:
• Minimum age requirement of 16 years
• Must have First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
• Proven communication and customer service abilities
• Experience in facility maintenance is a plus
• Demonstrates commitment to personal development
