About the Role

Our client is seeking a personable and resourceful Concierge Services Coordinator to enhance the guest experience at their premier property in Kimberley . This role is responsible for assisting guests with a wide range of requests, from booking local tours and making restaurant reservations to providing information about the area. You will be the go-toperson for guest needs, requiring exceptional interpersonal skills, local knowledge, and a proactive approachto service. The ideal candidate is a polished skilled who enjoys connecting with people and exceeding expectations, contributing to the property's reputation for outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive concierge services to guests, anticipating and fulfillingtheir needs.
- Make reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other local activities.
- Offer personalized recommendations and information about local attractions, eventos, and dining.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally.




- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to arrange guest services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local area offerings.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a concierge, guest relations, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Kimberley area and surrounding attractions.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Proficiencyin using booking systems and relevant software is a plus.
