Support the SheBuilds grant project as a Part time Liaison Officer at Cambridge's Skilled Trades campus, coordinating crucial project activities. This role prioritizes marketing, candidate support, and employer relations.
Starting October 1, 2026, this temporary part-time position requires three to four days onsite, focusing on effective communication with employers and monitoring participant success. You will assess challenges faced by trainees and work closely with community agencies to facilitate improvement in placement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics and schedules for training delivery
• Establish and develop strong community and employer relationships
• Manage participant recruitment efforts and work placements
• Collect and report on program success and participant data
• Prepare documentation for accountability and compliance
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
• Three years of experience in marketing or training facilitation
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Access to transportation for employer site visits
Guide the success of participants through effective mentorship and community partnership building.
