Springboard in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Youth Worker to provide trauma-informed engagement and supports for youth in a live-in program. You will work with Senior Counsellor and a multidisciplinary team to track needs, coordinate services, and support education and development goals.

The role requires flexibility for 24/7 coverage, weekend shifts, and travel to other locations. A Diploma in Social Sciences, CYC, or Social Work is required, with solid communication and crisis intervention skills.
