- Lead the internal and external recruiting process- Create and implement targeted sourcing plans using social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, internet searches, and events- Source, screen, and interview candidates- Partner with hiring managers to define and implement recruitment and selection strategies- Recruit talent across Fidelity group of companies within Canada and at all levels- Partner with Talent Acquisition coordinators on recruitment administration and coordination- Contribute to projects and initiatives advancing the talent acquisition function- Support onboarding of dedicated Fidelity team membersRequirements- 3-5 years’ experience as a recruiter, preferably within a corporate environment- Prior recruitment experience is required- Completion of university degree or equivalent work experience- Experience in the financial services industry is an asset- Bilingualism in French/English is an asset- Completion of or working towards the CHRP designation is an asset- Strong communication and social skills- Excellent sourcing and screening skills- Ability to establish relationships with all levels across the organization- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced,
