Paddle is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to own day-to-day marketing operations, manage the Martech stack, and build scalable templates and workflows. You will partner with RevOps, Business Ops, Data and Commercial teams to keep systems clean, consistent and easy to use. You’ll optimize campaign setup, lifecycle hygiene, and documentation, while driving automation and process improvements across HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Dreamdata, Notion, and Dust.
