Project Coordinator We are seeking a Project Coordinator – Implementations who can fully comprehend a project’s objectives, create project plans, serve as an effective liaison between the client and internal stakeholders and ensure the project’s success. Note: This is an in-person role based full-time at Tacit’s Toronto office; it is not remote or hybrid.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end-to-end implementation projects for a portfolio of clients simultaneously, from kick-off through go-live and handoff to ongoing Customer Success
Work directly with clients to understand their requirements, current state, gather the information required for the implementation, create and maintain project plans and drive the project to a successful conclusion
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope,
project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and elevate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Manage client expectations around scope, timeline, and change requests; document and secure approval for any changes to scope.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or qualified services, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Proven track record managing multiple concurrent, client-facing implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities across a portfolio of accounts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, or hybrid) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
