Raiser’s Edge Database CoordinatorThisisafull-time, hybrid position basedinour Vancouver Office.About UsNature Trust of British Columbia (NTBC) is a leading non-profit land conservationorganization dedicatedto conserving BC’s biodiversity through securement, restoration, and management of ecologically significant lands.Since 1971, we have secured over180,000 acresof ecologically significant land.The treasured landscapes we have protected forever include theXwésam(Salmon) River on Vancouver Island, Boundary Bay in the Lower Mainland, White Lake Basin in the Okanagan, and the 10,000-acre Hoodoos conservation complex in the Kootenays.About the RoleThe Development, Marketing and Communications team is seekinga highly organized and results-driven Raiser’s Edge Database Coordinator. This role is integral to successful fundraising efforts and donor relationships. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, able to maintain privacy and confidentiality when managing sensitive donor information, friendly, and donor-centric. Expertise in Raiser’s Edge NXT is a must. The role reports to the Director of Development and Communications.ResponsibilitiesInput and update data within Raiser’s Edge NXT, including gifts, constituents, pledges, opportunities, and eventsCreate and maintain funds, campaigns, and appealsEnsure data accuracy, standardization, and completeness, including reconciliation of gifts with reporting from finance departmentCreate and issue donation receipts in a timely manner, while ensuring compliance with CRA requirementsDevelop, prepare, and provide reporting as neededManage and prepare lists for newsletters, direct mail, and email campaignsSet up and maintain workflowsPrepare and manage online donation formsAnswer donor queries (phone calls and emails) and manage NTBC’s Donations inboxSupport timely acknowledgement of gifts, including thank-you cards for in-memory and in-honour giftsSet up event records, capture guest attendance and donationsAttend and support events,
