Role Purpose:

Own integration design and delivery across enterprise systems and platforms. Experience:

10 15+ years in enterprise integration with experience leading integration teams. Core Responsibilities:

Define integration patterns, data contracts, and governance standards. Lead delivery of system to system and event driven integrations. Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure reliable end to end data flows. Ensure monitoring, error handling, and resilience across integrations. Mentor integration engineers and review implementation quality. Required Skills:

Experience with enterprise integration technologies including Kafka, APIs, and middleware platforms. Understanding of SAP and other enterprise system integrations. Solid knowledge of integration architectures, APIs, and messaging technologies. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills. Success Metrics (KPIs):

Integration stability, reduced failures, successful end to end testing.
