You will assist customers with quotes, process orders, and maintain organized records. 2-3 years of customer service experience is ideal, along with strong communication and teamwork skills to excel in this workplace.

Key Responsibilities: • Answer customer calls and provide service efficiently • Quote pricing based on website information • Process and document customer orders accurately • Update order entries and manage filing tasks • Provide information to Claims Department as requested

Requirements: • 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred • Completion of High School Certificate required • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools • Excellent attention to detail and organization • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
