7-Eleven is hiring a part-time Registration Journeyman in British Columbia to oversee training and maintenance of equipment. Ideal candidates will ensure Techs are fully equipped for success.
In this role, you will conduct assessments and offer targeted training to current Techs. You will work closely with the Area Facilities Manager, maintaining quality standards for a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment. Effective communication and training development skills are crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct follow-up training and assessments for new Techs
• Maintain and repair equipment across assigned stores
• Report directly to Area Facilities Manager
• Create best practices for training implementation
• Perform on-site assessments within your region
Requirements:
• High school diploma essential
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop effective training methodologies
• Expertise in conducting site assessments
